Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Annan is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultations and prescription medicines to patients in Annan and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK law.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw service to any individual at our clinical discretion, including where we determine that a requested treatment is not clinically appropriate for you.
All prescription medicines supplied by us require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber. Our prescribers review your submitted health information before any prescription is approved. Prescriptions are issued solely at clinical discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date medical information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious matter and may result in harm to your health and the immediate termination of your account. We accept no liability for adverse effects arising from information you have withheld or misrepresented.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with or transferred to another person.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Your payment is processed securely. We do not store full card details on our systems. If your prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via tracked courier services to UK addresses only.
While we aim to meet all stated delivery timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or severe weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once your order has been dispatched.
Medicines will be packaged discreetly and securely in compliance with pharmaceutical storage and transport requirements.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
If your prescription is not approved, you will receive a full refund as set out in Section 4.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Annan are intended to complement, not replace, the advice of your GP or other healthcare professional. Our online consultations do not constitute a full medical examination.
If you experience any adverse reaction or unexpected side effects from medication supplied by us, stop taking it and seek immediate medical advice. In an emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
